Hi,
My first promotion was in 2006. Next promotion was due in 2011 and 2014 as per MPhil qualification.
I am not Phd which option should i fill in. As per 2018 phd is compulsory for associate professor, now its difficult to get the degree. I also took maternity and child care leave in the period 2009 to 2011.
